WHO CAN ENTER?

Entries are welcome from large and small agencies and teams.

HOW DO I ENTER?

To submit an entry, please download the entry form, complete it, and upload it (as a Word or PDF document) via the online entry portal found here.

IS THERE A WORD LIMIT?

Judges respectfully ask that you do not exceed 1000 words. The word count does not include the company information at the beginning of the form, or the questions contained within the form.

IS THERE A FILE UPLOAD LIMIT?

All files must not exceed 2MB each. You can upload up to three supporting documents along with your entry form.

IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES I CAN SUBMIT?

No – you can submit an unlimited number of entries in multiple categories. We even offer discounts for multiple entries. Organisations entering three awards will receive one additional free entry. Submit all four entries in one session and your discount will automatically be applied at checkout.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO ENTER?

All entries made before 23:59 on 19th April 2024 will be charged an early bird administration fee of £195 plus VAT per entry which must be paid when submitting your entry or entries. Entries submitted after the early bird close will be charged the standard administration fee of £265 + VAT, with the deadline for submissions being 3rd May 2024. Entries submitted after 3rd May 2024 will be charged the administration fee of £315 + VAT and must be submitted by the extended deadline on 23:59, 10th May 2024.

WHEN IS THE ENTRY DEADLINE?

The early bird deadline is 19th April 2024 companies submitting entries on or before this date will make savings on the standard entry fee. The final entry deadline is 3rd May 2024. The extended deadline is 10th May 2024. Any entries after this date will only be accepted at the discretion of the awards team.

WHO IS JUDGING THE AWARDS?

The awards are judged by an esteemed panel of industry leaders and experts. The judging is a rigorous two-stage process including pre-scoring to determine shortlists and a judging meeting where entries are discussed and evaluated in detail to decide the winning entries.
