The challenge at hand required boosting the firm’s SEO and brand positioning through a comprehensive low-budget content marketing strategy. This would put them in the spotlight for three Spanish-speaking countries, key to the client’s business strategy, where the company had yet to establish a strong presence.
A Winning Content Marketing Strategy for the iGaming Industry in Latin America
The agency’s strategic approach was creating a regional content campaign based on the interests of the target audience they were reaching. To achieve this, Vime’s Content Marketing team came up with three levers that allowed them to plan and launch simultaneously in all three markets in less than a month:
- Market Analysis: Understanding the theme’s reputation in each market´s context, as well as iGaming and sports regulations in each country, reader profiles, event-related topics, and most consumed content formats.
- Content Assessment: Identifying high-performing content already created to gain a better insight into what is ranking organically, including a wide range topic, some of which were unknown and unexpected.
- Planning and creation: Based on Vime´s content and SEO thorough research, a content strategy was created with three key dates to cover all relevant information for each audience: pre-World Cup content, World Cup content and post-Word Cup content. These pieces were created and recycled consistently during the three-month campaign.
